In this episode of "Hub City Now with Tyrone Tony Reed Jr.," the host spoke with Felicia Pendergrass a.k.a. Felycia Pendergrass who comes from Philadelphia music royalty family tree. She is a singer/songwriter/producer and the daughter-in-law of the late R&B Legend Teddy Pendergrass.
Felycia’s sultry high-powered voice has been described as a perfect blend of Whitney Houston, Chaka Kahn, and Barbra Streisand meets Tina Marie. Because of Felycia’s training since the age of four, her harmonies create an R&B/Urban/Pop/Funk/Soul sound of her own. She recently released her single “Missing You” and the music video for the single under the Teddy Pendergrass Entertainment Label ran by her husband, Teddy Pendergrass II.
Felycia is a mother of three and had been married nearly 20 years to Teddy Pendergrass Jr.
Felycia shared her inspiring story about how her father-in-law encouraged her to return to singing and how she pushes pass her fears and doubts to accomplish her dreams.
