In the past few years, Kandi made her Broadway debut in “Chicago,” and made her Broadway producing debut with the remarkable “Thoughts of a Colored Man.” She has launched multimedia agency Kandi Koated Entertainment, Bedroom Kandi, Kandi Koated Beauty, Raising Ace, TAGS, Blaze Steak & Seafood, and of course, Old Lady Gang.
Kandi's entrepreneurial skills are something she wants to impart to her children Riley, Ace, Blaze and Kaela, so they can also work hard to achieve their own dreams. As she continues to expand her empire, she credits her amazing village for helping her as she juggles various hats.
