Opening is just four days away! Full Count Rhythm (Hendersonville, TN) will make their first Prospect League appearance in the Rockabillys home opener on Tuesday, May 28th. Game time is 7:00pm with gates opening at 6:00pm. Fans can take advantage of the Full Count Ticket that includes a general admission ticket, a hot dog and a 16oz. coke product or draft beer all for just $10.41! Fans are encouraged to get a glimpse of the team on Monday night as they take the field for their first time on Monday night for a team workout. The team workout will begin at 6:00pm.
Wednesday, May 29th is Teacher Appreciation Night presented by Simon & Schuster and it’s our first Texas Roadhouse Family Welcome Wednesday. All teachers are admitted for $1.00 and can enter their names for fun prizes to be awarded all night long. One lucky teacher’s name will be drawn at the end of the night for a $500.00 check for classroom supplies. Teachers can visit the Simon & Schuster book table for free books for themselves or classroom. There will be some fun teacher recognition on the field prior to the game for teachers who have been voted as tops in several categories. Thanks to Texas Roadhouse an entire family of four is admitted for only $20.00 with the Texas Roadhouse QR code for a family ticket. Rockabillys vs. Cape Catfish at 7:00pm.
The Rockabillys will travel to Marion, Illinois to take on the Thrillsville Thrillbillies on Thursday, May 30th. They travel to Hendersonville, TN on Friday May 31st before returning for a home game on Saturday, June 1st.
Saturday, June 1st is Rockabillys Mascot, JR’s Birthday Bash! Fans can help us ring in everybody’s favorite goat’s birthday. Rockabillys “goat bells” will given to the first 900 fans in the gates. Cake, snacks games and prizes for all the kids in the LeBonheur Picnic Pavillion until 7:00. Bring a new toy for the Marines Toys For Tots program and your name will be entered into a drawing for a Rockabillys Birthday or Team Party and other funs prizes! The Rockabillys travel to Cape Girardeau to play the Cape Catfish on Sunday, June 2nd and will have a off day at home on Monday, June 3rd.
The Goats return on Tuesday, June 4 for Mascot Mania and the Elks Lodge #192 Wristband Giveaway – All mascots — company, schools, fraternal groups are encouraged to attend. Calling all Mascots! Four passes to the Mascot Hall of Fame in Whiting, Indiana will be given away each inning! Elks Lodge 192 will be passing out wristbands to the first 1000 fans. Rockabillys vs. Cape Catfish at 7:00pm.
