Madison County Sheriff John Mehr, in conjunction with Bob Arrington, has released the details of the funeral services for Deputy Terry Dyer, according to a news release from the Madison County Sheriff’s Office..
Deputy Dyer died suddenly the afternoon of Tuesday, April 20, while on duty in the Madison County General Sessions courtroom in Jackson.
The visitation will be from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m., Saturday, April 24 at Arrington Funeral Directors, 148 W. University Parkway, Jackson, Tenn.
The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 25 at the West Jackson Baptist Church, 580 Oil Well Road, Jackson, Tenn.
Sheriff Mehr said there will be a law enforcement procession from West Jackson Baptist Church to the Lexington City Cemetery, 249 Natchez Trace Drive, in Lexington, Tenn., for the burial service.
