Stan Clampitt with Buchanan Realty Group has brokered a transaction at 1363 Union University Drive for $2,800,000, according to a Friday morning news release from the realty group.
The Thomsen Farms building was sold by First Choice Property & Development, LLC to a group of local investors. The property is 14,760 sq. ft on a 2.16 acre lot.
