The National Weather Service in Memphis issued a hazardous weather outlook Monday afternoon for portions of West Tennessee, East Arkansas, the Missouri Bootheel and North Mississippi.
NWS said Monday night, severe thunderstorms would be possible along and south of I-40 through late evening and damaging winds and large hail are the primary
threats. An isolated tornado could also be possible.
Tuesday through Sunday, snow showers are possible Wednesday morning and afternoon, mainly north of I-40. Snow may accumulate on elevated surfaces.
