JPD Investigators Seeking Help Identifying Shoplifting Suspects

Jackson Police Department investigators are seeking help identifying shoplifting suspects from a Sept. 11 incident at Walmart South, 2171 S. Highland Ave, according to a Monday afternoon news release from JPD.

Officers responded to the Walmart after being contacted by the business that a white female and a white male entered the business and selected an undetermined amount of jewelry, the release said. After selecting the merchandise, both individuals passed all points of legal sale without making payment.

Suspect one is described as being a white male with short brown hair, average build, last seen wearing a blue striped Nike shirt, blue jeans and black tennis shoes.

Suspect two is described as being a white female with brown hair, average build, last seen wearing a pink shirt, gray shorts and black sandals.

Both suspects were seen fleeing the business in a black Dodge Challenger with a red stripe down the passenger and driver side doors.
